Delete your account
You can delete your Tee Wars account and the data linked to it at any time, from inside the game or by email.
In the game (fastest)
- Open Tee Wars and tap Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm both steps. Your account is deleted straight away.
By email (if you no longer have the game)
Use the subject "Delete my Tee Wars account" and include your player name, and the email you signed in with if you used Apple or Google sign-in. We confirm and delete within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account ID and sign-in link (Apple or Google), including your email address
- Your player name and profile
- Your saved progress: turf, coins, items, balls and stats
- Gameplay and diagnostic reports linked to your account
- Recorded shots from your rounds that were uploaded to our servers
What may be kept
- Purchase records, where the law requires us to keep them for tax and accounting (up to 7 years). Apple and Google keep their own payment records.
- Shots that were already built into a released version of the game as rivals. These carry no name, email, account ID or profile.
- Anonymised totals that no longer identify you (for example, how many holes were played on a course).
Deleting your account cannot be undone, and purchased items are not refunded. More in the Privacy Policy.
