Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Buzzworthy Games LLC ("we", "us") about your use of Tee Wars. By playing you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play. On iOS, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies.
1. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in secure. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.
2. Virtual items
Coins, gems, chests, balls, shields and other in-game items are a limited licence to use them in the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not your property. We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items and game features. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final; refunds go through Apple or Google under their policies.
3. Random items
Some items (such as chests and event prizes) have random contents. The odds are shown in the game before you buy.
4. Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use automation or modified clients, tamper with save files, or harass other players. Player names must not be offensive or impersonate anyone. We may reset progress, remove items or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Rivals
The rivals you meet on turf include rounds recorded from real play and players run by the game. A rival's name, face and card are the game's, not a real person's account, and say nothing about who is playing right now.
6. The game changes
Tee Wars is a live game. We may update, change or stop parts of it, or the whole game, at any time. If the game closes we will give 30 days' notice in the game.
7. Our content
The game, its art, code, names and logos belong to us or our licensors. You may share screenshots and videos of your play.
8. Disclaimers
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
