Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. The game makes a guest profile the first time you open it. Signing in with Apple or Google is optional and keeps your progress safe across devices.
I got a new phone. How do I keep my progress?
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account in Settings on both devices before you switch.
A purchase didn't arrive.
Restart the game first. If it still hasn't arrived, email us with the date and the item. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
How do I delete my account?
In the game: Settings > Delete Account. This removes your profile and saved progress. You can also email us to ask for deletion. Full details.
